Overview: The Ocean Spray SCOOPS Rewards Program is a service of Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. This program is provided for all eligible employees. All users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility: Eligibility for the Ocean Spray Rewards Program is limited to current Ocean Spray DSO employees or former employees with an open account balance. Ocean Spray employees other than those identified in Ocean Spray's program details are not eligible to earn SCOOPS.
Change: Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or SCOOPS, or the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. at its sole discretion.
Participant Enrollment: Each eligible employee will be automatically enrolled in the Ocean Spray Online-Rewards Program at the discretion of Ocean Spray. Upon registration, participants may create their own username and password.
New Employees: New Ocean Spray employees with less than a full month of service will receive pro-rated award SCOOPS.
Former Employees: Ocean Spray employees who terminate employment with Ocean Spray will have three months after termination to redeem any available SCOOPS after which they will lose all SCOOPS in their account. These same employees will not be eligible for any future full or partial awards.
Earning Rewards: The earning and accumulation of SCOOPS begins at the beginning of a fiscal month and is measured against various Zone/Team’s invoiced sales versus their individual quota.
Redemption and Deduction of Scoops:
Ocean Spray SCOOPS may only be used to redeem merchandise from the Ocean Spray Online-Rewards Catalog. SCOOPS are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards will not be offered. Any SCOOPS you accrue do constitute your property. You can transfer SCOOPS to another card holder. SCOOPS have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward: Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Ocean Spray Online-Rewards Catalog at any time and without notice. Once you have earned sufficient SCOOPS, you may redeem them for item(s) from those currently described in the Ocean Spray Online-Rewards Catalog. Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of Ocean Spray Rewards SCOOPS Earned: This web site provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as Ocean Spray Rewards SCOOP balances.
Termination of Program: Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc., reserves the right to terminate our participation in the Ocean Spray Online-Rewards program at any time without any prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed SCOOPS must be redeemed within 30 days of the date of termination.
Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded SCOOPS to redeem items from the Ocean Spray Online-Rewards Catalog. Awarded SCOOPS can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Ocean Spray Online-Rewards Catalog.
Promotional Events: From time to time, Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc, at its sole discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Ocean Spray Online-Rewards program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. or any of its affiliates or agents. IRS Form 1099's will be issued at the close of every calendar year to reflect the dollar value of the SCOOPS awarded. Each SCOOP has a value of $0.05 US Dollars.
